Crystal Lore

Crystal Lore is a seasoned leader in the healthcare and Medicare Advantage space, with nearly two decades of experience building and leading service and technology solutions companies. She has developed and implemented programs for leading payers, providers, and patient advocate companies, with a focus on enrollment, member services, and Five Star support.

Crystal has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of New Business Development at NationsHearing and Chief Operating Officer at PBMS. She has also served as President and General Manager of Convey Health Solutions’ BPO services division, building and leading outsourcing and technology solutions programs for large Medicare Advantage and Medicaid payer clients.

Crystal holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University.
